• Proprietary Data: Users may not redistribute, resell, or publicly post our market intelligence data without express written consent.
• Brand Assets: The ASG Commodities logo and trademarked materials are protected under Brazilian and international law.

Registered buyers and platform users must engage with our digital services in a professional and lawful manner.

• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials.
• Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to scrape data, introduce malicious code, or bypass security protocols will result in immediate termination of the Buyer's License.

While ASG Commodities strives for 100% accuracy in our reporting, commodity markets are inherently volatile.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of our digital services that cannot be resolved through private treaty shall be settled via arbitration.

In accordance with our Sales Policy, arbitration proceedings will follow the standards set by the Federation of Cocoa Commerce (FCC).
