The People & Purpose
Behind Every Bean

We are more than a commodity trader. We are the bridge between Brazil's finest cocoa farms and the world's greatest chocolate makers.

Our Story

From Brazil's Farms
to the World's Markets

Founded with a clear mission: to give global buyers direct, transparent, and reliable access to Brazil's exceptional cocoa — without compromise.

ASG Commodities was established by a group of trade professionals who saw an opportunity to build a better cocoa supply chain. Too often, international buyers were separated from the true quality of Brazilian beans by layers of intermediaries, inconsistency, and opacity.

We changed that. By building direct relationships with verified farms across Bahia, Pará, and Espírito Santo, we created a sourcing model rooted in trust, quality control, and fairness — for farmers and buyers alike.

Today, ASG Commodities exports thousands of tonnes annually to chocolate manufacturers, processors, and commodity traders across four continents. Our foundation is simple: the finest cocoa, delivered reliably, with complete transparency.

How We Work

From Farm to Your
Facility — Our Process

A rigorously managed 5-step pipeline that guarantees quality, compliance, and on-time delivery for every order.

01

Farm Selection & Verification

We partner exclusively with certified Brazilian farms. Every supplier is assessed for agricultural practices, labour standards, and bean quality before onboarding.

02

Harvest & Post-Harvest Processing

We oversee fermentation and drying at the farm level, ensuring moisture content, pH balance, and flavour profile meet our strict quality specifications.

03

Quality Inspection & Grading

Independent lab analysis and physical grading take place before beans leave Brazil. We issue full quality reports with every consignment.

04

Export Documentation & Logistics

Our logistics team manages phytosanitary certificates, bills of lading, customs declarations, and freight forwarding end-to-end.
