Our standard minimum order is 1 full container (20ft), which holds approximately 18–20 metric tonnes of bagged cocoa beans. We can discuss smaller trial shipments for new buyers on a case-by-case basis.
We primarily export Forastero (bulk) and Trinitario (fine flavour) beans from Brazil's Bahia, Pará, and Espírito Santo regions. Fine-flavour and specialty lots are available on request.
Each export includes: phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, quality report, and moisture analysis. Organic or additional certification documents are available where applicable.
We typically work with Letter of Credit (LC) or Telegraphic Transfer (TT). For established buyers, we can discuss open account terms. Specific terms are agreed during the contract negotiation phase.
Transit times depend on the destination: Europe typically 18–22 days, North America 14–20 days, Middle East 16–20 days, Asia 22–28 days. We maintain ready stock and can often ship within 2–4 weeks of contract.
